Convenience RV is a growing business providing an RV Park, Storage, Rentals, Parts and Repairs to RV owners. The business is under new ownership and is seeking to attract and retain a team of self-motivated associates to expand and grow the business to new heights. This will include acquiring additional property for the expansion and improvement of the existing RV Park and Parts and Service businesses.
As part of our growth, Convenience RV is seeking a Grounds and Facility Maintenance Technician.
Job Requirements:
This is an hourly position and compensation will commensurate with the candidate’s experience and abilities. Living on premises in the employee’s RV or travel trailer is also an option for the successful candidate.
The candidate must be capable of working outside and lifting up to 40 lbs.
There will be future opportunities for growth within the company, including company-provided training on becoming a Certified RV Repair Technician.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a background check and have a valid Texas Drivers License.
Job Tasks:
All weekly landscape maintenance using company-owned equipment. The successful candidate will be able to operate and maintain the equipment such as a Gator, Zero Turn Mower, Weedeater and Blower. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and manicured landscape throughout the year.
Minor plumbing and minor electrical work for the RV Park.
Driving a company-owned vehicle to get parts and supplies, as needed. Texas Drivers License required with clean driving record.
Washing and detailing RV’s and Travel Trailers on an as needed basis.
Candidate must be able to safely operate a zero-turn mower.
Pick up trash and empty outdoor trash cans on a daily basis.
