RV Rentals Coordinator

  • Pay Rate: $20-30/Hour Commensurate with Experience and Skills

Convenience RV in Willis, TX, has been in business since 2003 and is now under new ownership. Get the best of both worlds, an established customer base and new ownership with plans for expansion and growth. Join the team for a ground floor opportunity to be a part of this exciting new phase for Convenience RV and its employees as we build our new facility and grow the business to new heights.
We are looking for one (1) RV Rentals Coordinator to manage our growing fleet of short term rental RV's. This is a hybrid position which will include remote work-from-home most of the time to respond to enquiries, update calendars, post and update rental RV's on our website and the popular peer-to-peer websites such as Outdoorsy, RVShare, RVEzy and Wheelbase. In person work will be required 1-2 days per week when the RV is rented and returned. The work schedule will also include weekly update meetings in the office. We need someone who is a self-starter, doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder all the time and who is tech-savvy enough to use a Tablet or Laptop and navigate all the aforementioned peer-to-peer RV rental sites.
The successful RV Rental Coordinator will possess strong attention to detail, will be self-motivated and well-versed in RV Rentals. Join our team and be a part of this exciting expansion phase.
Job Requirements:

Essential Job Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office 365 and Cloud-based Software
  • Minimum of 2 years in RV Rentals.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Job Type: Part Time, initially, growing to Full Time as we grow the Rental Fleet.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour with additional commission and incentives, commensurate with experience and capabilities.
Job Tasks:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Navigate Peer-to-Peer RV Rental Sites such as Outdoorsy, RVShare, RVEzy and Wheelbase.
  • Prepare and stage new RV’s, take video and photos and prep the RV’s to be entered into the Rental Fleet.
  • Update Convenience RV’s Rental website and the Peer-to-Peer websites with photos, videos and details.
  • Check in customers in person at the beginning of the rental.
  • Perform walk-through of the RV’s prior to the start of the rental to record, mileage, condition of the RV and to teach the Renter how to operate the RV.
  • Perform walk-through of the RV’s at the conclusion of the rental to record mileage, condition of the RV, identify and document any damage.
  • Check out customers in person at the end of the rental and follow up to obtain 5-Star reviews.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
