It is a pretty simple process, especially for you, the RV owner. Initially, you’ll spend a little time to make your RV ready for rental for the very first time. This will involve removing any personal items you do not want used by others, including your blankets, towels, sheets and pillows. We’ll stock your RV with everything a person needs for a trip including, bedding, towels, dishes and utensils.
After the initial preparation, all you, the RV owner, needs to do is block out the dates you will be using your RV on the rental calendar. That’s it! The calendar is online and you can let us know at any time when you’d like to use it and, as long as it’s not already booked, you can use it for your complete enjoyment.
Convenience RV does everything else. We will market your RV on our website and all the popular peer-to-peer RV Rental websites in an effort to keep it booked as much as possible. We will manage all rentals and renters and the associated processes. We will prep and clean the RV and contents between every rental. We will perform required periodic maintenance and minor repairs.

We spend an hour or more training and getting renters ready to safely use our camper rentals. Communicating and setting expectations is vital in a successful rental for both owner and guest. We show that in our rental process from established rental guides specific to each RV, Pre and Post trip inspections and documenting RV condition before and after every rental. No one can promise a 100% incident free experience in this business but our processes aim to reduce risk and ensure the most positive experience for all involved.

This program is NOT for you if you consider your RV your “baby” or your “pride and joy”. Your RV will get used more than if you were just using it so naturally it will wear faster. It will get “bumps and bruises” while it is earning you money. We are a family owned, full-service RV center offering a comprehensive array of products and services making your RV ownership experience simple and convenient.
The RV owner is paid electronically within 72 hours of Convenience RV receiving payment in full from the renter.
Rental rates vary depending on the size and type of the RV and by the length of the rental period. Peak period rentals allow the RV owners to earn additional money. We consult with you individually to discuss the rental rates of your RV.
Each renter buys a separate policy to insure the RV during the rental period. Any costs associated with repairs to the RV are borne by the renter and their policy. The RV owner maintains their own insurance policy for their own use.
It is up to the owner to dictate whether pets are allowed? If so, the renter is required to place a non-refundable pet deposit to offset additional cleaning costs.
The RV owner can view their RV’s availability at any time and simply block out personal use dates using the simple online scheduling system.
There is a daily mileage limit for drivable RV’s. Mileage over and above the daily limit is paid by the renter.
Convenience RV offers onsite, secured, covered storage with power. Contact us for pricing and availability. Alternatively, you may store the RV at a place of your choosing (for example, your residence) but that means that you must deliver the RV to Convenience RV at least 24 hours prior to the rental.
Convenience RV manages all the delivery, setup, takedown and return of the RV to and from Convenience RV’s facility in Willis.
Convenience RV manages all the make ready and cleaning of the RV before and after the rental.
The renter is responsible for any damage to the RV. In the rare case that the cost of damages exceeds the renter’s deposit, then
A typical rental agreement will allow 4 hours per day of generator use. Any time over and above the 4 hours per day will be charge to the renter at an appropriate rate.
The renter pays for the propane.
The renter pays for the fuel.
